XIE Maohua, SHI Nuo, ZHANG Jingxin
Resources & Industries    2020, 22 (5): 19-27.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20200706.001

This paper, based on China's resource industries data during 2000 to 2016, studies the temporal-spatial concentration of resource industries via Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), EG, Locality Entropy, and its changing trend from Theil Index, and analyzes its economic effect of geographic concentration by means of CES. China's resource industries show a remarkable geographic concentration with variances among each industry. Its temporal-spatial changing trend shows a different spatial distribution with leading industries varying with locations, and indicates a diminishing variance among entities within concentrating area, but increasing across areas. It also displays a geographic transfer. Their geographic concentration can promote regional economy, but some may be little even negatively. This paper presents suggestions for resource industries in different regions from boosting resource industries chain management, expanding industrial concentrating effect, intensifying network and coordinated development and materializing resource sharing.

IMPACTS OF SOCIAL CAPITAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING ABILITY ON INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER COMPETITIVENESS
XIE Maohua, ZHANG Jingxin, HAO Riwa, et al
Resources & Industries    2019, 21 (6): 30-38.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20191206.001

As industrial clusters grow fast, they need to improve their competitiveness and to realize industrial upgrade, which can be reached by using social capitals and increasing organizational learning ability. This paper, based on cases, establishes a conceptual model of industrial cluster competitiveness influenced by social capital from three dimensions of social capital and organizational learning ability, and uses structural function model and Lisrel software to test the assumption. During effects of social capital and organizational learning ability, the three dimensions of social capital, structural, relation and recognition dimensions, promote the organizational learning ability directly and indirectly, and vice versa. This study offers a useful supplement to related theories.

FACTORS ON ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE
MIAO Jianqing, ZHANG Jing, 2019
Resources & Industries    2019, 21 (4): 20-27.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20190605.008
Abstract88)      PDF(pc) (7704KB)(73)       Save
Ecological agriculture improves ecological environment and helps farmers earn more money. Its profitability plays a vital role for farmers to participate ecological agriculture. This paper, based on a case study on Wushan county, Chongqing, uses Cobb-Douglas model to analyze the influence of land endowment, external environment and farmers on profitability of ecological agriculture. Profitability will decrease if the ratio of slope farmland to flat dam land is over a certain limit. Profitability will decrease if farmland is fragmented, but it will increase through land consolidation if farmland is too fragmented. The higher rate of land rocky desertification, the lower profitability. Traffic costs and aged farmers significantly reduce profitability. Honeysuckle planting area is too small, far from achievement of scale efficiency. Market risks also decrease the planting profitability, which can be largely increased if farmers can get financed and technical supports.

The public interests and openness of library has been universally accepted. In the today’s information technology times, the OAI protocol which displays the public interests of digital library develops. As a protection on network copyright is being intensified in China, a conflict between intellectual property protection and public interests is forming and deepening. This paper establishes a protection mechanism adapted to China’s situation, stick to integration of copyright and public interests, explores an easy way in digital empowering, promotes the traditional publishing to digital, and establishes laws in protecting digital copyrights. 

Abstract1820)      PDF(pc) (1950KB)(1336)       Save

Prospecting potential evaluation has not been conducted in Huoxi basin. The grey clustering, applicable to targets with specified external expansion and unspecified connotation, is used to evaluate the potential of coalbed methane in Huoxi basin. This paper applies hierarchy analysis to determine the indexes and their weighted scores, sets up an index system to evaluate the prospecting potential of coalbed methane in Huoxi basin. The northern part is of good potential, or excellent potential locally, where is target to explore and develop the coalbed methane; while the southern part is poor and is not suggested for exploration.

Resources & Industries    2009, 11 (4): 88-91.
Abstract2223)      PDF(pc) (815KB)(847)       Save

Jadeitite is a kind of jadeite aggregates. The primary jadeitite deposits were formed during the collision between Indian plate and Eursian plate. The ultrabasic rocks intruded as dikes along faults, and underwent low-grade metamorphism under a compresso-shear stress. The deposits occur as veins in the serpentinized peridotite. The formation of jadeite has no genesis with ultrabasic rocks, only coexisting in location. The post-mineralization preservation plays a vital role in the values. Good quality jadeitites are always located at the upper to top of ultrabasic rocks, and also are found in alluvium by erosion. This paper discusses the depreciation-proof nature of jadeitite under the global financial crisis.
